Raised in Beverly Hills California, Beau Dunn spent much of her childhood emerged in the arts, following in the footsteps of avid art collector parents Laura Dunn and Steven B. Dunn. Beau attended The Buckley School with her brother Steven W. Dunn, and spent her extra curricular time in art classes and playing varsity sports.
A graduate of Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, she received a Bachelor of Arts in Studio art with an emphasis in sculpture. Inspired by the paradox of childhood innocence, materialism, and consumerism, Beau is best known for her mixed media sculptures, photography, neon works and paintings. She has a massive Hollywood following, as you can find her artwork hanging in the collections of Kylie Jenner, Lily Collins, Rosie Huntington-Whitley, Rebel Wilson, Kris Jenner, and Claudia Schiffer homes to name a few.
Highly regarded in the fields of contemporary art, fashion, film and beauty, Beau has collaborated with luxury brands as an actress, model, digital influencer, and ambassador.
With a combination of her art, acting, modeling, travel, beauty and brand collaborations, Beau has been featured in Harpers Bazaar, W Magazine, Architectural Digest, Vogue, LA Confidential, Brides Magazine, C Magazine and Forbes Magazine. Most recently she was featured in InStyle Magazine for their “Badass Women” series and her “Need Money For Botox” art was featured in the September issue of Vogue with Beyonce’s groundbreaking cover.
Most recently, Beau has stepped into the role of female entrepreneur with the launch of her clothing and accessory label, Beau’s Babes - a casual, customizable and very Instagrammable range of denim jackets, sweatshirts and accessories. Fans of the line include fashion it-girls like Chiara Ferragni, Shea Marie, Aureta, and Lily Collins.
Also known for her love of luxury travel, Beau's launched Jetsett, an online publication including travel guides to the best destinations, hotels, services, and experiences. Jetsett features an online e-commerce shop with Beau’s must-have finds from around the world. The publication is set to relaunch in March of 2019.
Beau is also passionate about giving back. One of her favorite non-profit organizations is the Art of Elysium, whose mission is to empower artists and communities of need to join together and emotionally triumph over their circumstances through art. With her dedication to The Art of Elysium, she recently received the 2019 Spirit of Elysium Award. An extreme honor, given past honorees include James Franco, Amber Heard, Eva Mendes, Kirsten Dunst, Elijah Wood and David Arquette among others.
Beau is currently prepping for her 2019 solo shows in Europe and Los Angeles. She lives in Beverly Hills CA with her husband, venture capitalist, James Fay and their two French bulldogs, French and Finn.
